The "Standards" updated the original seven-index system of "land saving, energy saving, water saving, material saving, indoor environment, construction management, and operation management" to "safety and durability, health and comfort, and convenience of life" , resource conservation, and livable environment" five major indicator systems. In addition, modifications and improvements have been made in resetting the scoring rules, adding new green building grades, and setting grade requirements in layers.

"Standard" expands the connotation of green building materials

Hangzhou Yake Center won the national green building three-star honor after its completion in 2013.
